- Resolution of Process Control and Automation System hardware and software issues
- Supporting Software operability, maintenance, technical support and upgrades
- Supporting Windows Operating System Issues or SCADA Servers\Clients
- Supporting Communications and Networking IssuesSupporting Database operability, maintenance and upgrade.
- Supporting the specific configuration of customer system backups of PLC, HMI, SCADA and Database Systems including planned disaster recovery procedures.
- Supply of recommended PLC and Automation hardware component Spares list
- Supply of PLC and Automation hardware components
- Remote support of site via VPN or High Speed service
- Support of third party Process Control and Automation Systems i.e. PLC and SCADA Systems.
- CG Controls to provide a breakdown of charges per quarter and details of the systems and issues supported
